Returns

Returns are simple! Fill out the form inside your parcel and send it with the items to Portobello Road Shop di Elvira Colapietro, Cupa Cimitero 34 - 80147 Napoli, Italy no later than 14 calendar days from the delivery.
Please note that the shipping costs are at your expense.

Within 10 days, you will receive a voucher (alphanumeric code) of your goods value through the channel you indicated on the form (e-mail, whatsapp, direct, messenger).
This voucher will be valid and usable on our site for 6 months.
To use it, simply enter the code in the box that will appear during check-out before payment and automatically its value will be subtracted from the total.

The return will be granted only if goods are unused, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging and with intact protective labels / stickers.
If we do not have to grant the return due to non-compliance with one or more of the above conditions, the goods will be returned to you upon payment of 14€ for the shipping costs for the return.
